I came to Ed with a unique problem. I'm a hang glider pilot and I needed a way to get my car down the mountain to the landing field and leave it there so it would be waiting for me for my retrieval after my flight. One of the best places to fly hang gliders and paragliders in the eastern U.S. is a place called Henson Gap near Dunlap, Tennessee. The mountain there is about 1500 foot vertical drop with about a 5 mile ride to the top. Most ebikes would either not have the power or would overheat the motor on a climb like this. I also needed a folding bike to fit into the back of my PriusV. Ed designed the ETG Ebeast Turbo just for me and it worked beautifully.
