Before you buy – Ebikes may be a new concept and not yet widely in use in the USA, but that’s OK. No question is a dumb question. Most ebike sellers can’t answer your simple questions because they are only sales people and only selling high priced 3rd party ebikes. But not at ETechGadgets, as we are an engineering led ebike company who uses the latest technology when we design, build, and test our products! We know ebikes inside and out. So, if you are uncertain or have questions about ETechGadgets or any of our products, please call or email us as we will be more than glad to not only answer your questions, but quickly propose the “right ebike for you”. Please read all the details for each of the product to learn and make sure you understand the product description before you purchase.
Payment accepted – ETechGadgets offers online purchase using credit card, PayPal, or cash upon pickup. If a custom order, a down payment (25%) should be made within 48 hours in order for ETechGadgets to launch your order, with delivery with 10 business days. All items are sold and built as described in the product description or per the specifications provided by the customer.
Returns – Accepted if manufacturing defect or is item is damaged prior to you receiving. Upon receiving shipment, customer should provide proof of prior damage (pictures via email) for our review, and once we validate the damage, we will refund once item is returned. Requested returns for non-damaged items may be approved. But if approved, return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipments – Most our smaller components (batteries, chargers, accessories, etc.) can be local pick up or shipped for a flat fee. Our “large” items, over 10 lbs. (ebikes, etrikes, kits, batteries >12Ah, etc.) preferred local “pick up only”, but we will make exceptions to ship. We can ship “large” items but only after a phone or email to ETechGadgets and an agreement between ETechGadgets and the buyer is made prior to receipt / payment of order. This allows the customer to control the shipment and save shipping costs.
Feedback / Reviews - We want you to be happy with your purchase. And please, refrain from posting “negative” comments or feedback. Please contact us first, so, if need be, we can work out a compromise, as we strive for 100% satisfaction!

We do not manufacture the standard components of a bicycle or tricycle, which may include the frames, wheels, seats, and other components including gearing, batteries, or drive systems. Our warranty includes the quality as assembly of our products, but the warranty by the manufacturer of the bicycle and tricycle frames and components is covered by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of these components.
