Purchasing Terms and Conditions

Before you buy – Ebikes may be a new concept and not yet widely in use in the USA, but that’s OK.  No question is a dumb question.  Every ebike sellers can’t answer your simple questions because they are sales people and only selling high priced third party ebikes. But not at ETechGadgets, as we are an engineering led ebike company using the latest technology when we design, build, and test our products!  We know ebikes inside and out.  So, if you are uncertain or have questions about ETechGadgets or any of our products, please call or email us and we will be more than glad to not only answer your questions, but quickly propose the “right ebike for you.”  Please read all the details for each of the product to learn and make sure you understand the product description before you purchase.

Payment accepted – ETechGadgets offers online purchase orders using a major credit card, Venmo, PayPal, or cash upon pickup.  For custom orders, a down payment (25%) should be made within 48 hours in order for ETechGadgets to begin planning and building your order, with pick up within 10 business days, unless otherwise agreed.  All items are sold and built as described in the product description or per the specifications provided by the customer, in writing.

Returns – Accepted if manufacturing defect or is item is damaged prior to you receiving.  Upon receiving shipment, customer should provide proof of prior damage (pictures via email) for our review, and once we validate the damage, we will refund once item is returned.  Requested returns for non-damaged items may be approved.  But if approved, return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipments – Most our smaller components (batteries, chargers, accessories, etc.) are available for local pick up or may be shipped for a flat fee.  For “large” items, over 10 lbs. (ebikes, etrikes, kits, batteries >12Ah, etc.), we require local “pick up only.  If a mutual agreement is made to ship based upon the customer making the arrangements and covering the shipping cost, then will make exception prior to receipt / payment of order.  This allows the customer to control the shipment and save shipping costs.

Feedback / Reviews - We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Before you post “negative” comments or feedback, please contact us first so, if need be, we can work out a compromise, as we strive for 100% satisfaction!
